How much will a custom deck cost?
We offer a variety of materials and expansions for each of
our custom decks. With this being the case, the price will vary based on what
design options we go with and the size of our final project. We are happy to
talk through options and discuss the scale of your build based on your budget.

What do I do if I need HOA approval?
Working with HOAs is no new journey for us. We are happy to coordinate with your local authority and make sure all necessary paperwork and requirements are being followed to a T.
Do you have to have a permit for building on my property?
Filing for permits is just one part of our job and we work with local municipalities to ensure everything we construct is up to code. Though permits and approvals are a tedious part of the process, we are happy to walk this journey with you to make sure your upgraded space is everything you need now and in the future.
How long does a custom deck take from start to finish?
The timeframe for most custom deck jobs varies. This happens because many moving parts play into a custom deck, and we want to ensure that our process is thorough and deliberate. When inevitable supply shortages, permit approvals, or crazy Tennessee weather comes into play, we will be in constant contact about the timeline of your project. Curious about your specific build? When can you start working on my deck?
As we discuss and book for your custom deck build, we’ll be sure to tell you how far out we are when booking. Our busiest months of the year are April-September, so we always recommend requesting your project several months before you anticipate hosting in your new space.
